If you have already provided us with personal details, you can change your instructions at any time by logging into "Your Profile/Account" or by visiting any of our authorized dealerships by logging on to your Account/Profile or by visiting any of our authorized dealerships.
We endeavor to detect and investigate every breach of security by having relevant controls in place which should alert us to a breach of security. We may also use encryption technology from time to time to assist in protecting any information or data which you submit. Having said that, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any personal information or data you disclose online, having regard to the nature of the Internet. In any event, you accept the inherent security implications of disclosing information over the internet and agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security unless we have been negligent or willfully in default of our obligations under the relevant legislation.
You can unsubscribe from receiving our mailings at any time by logging on to your RNAIPL application account. Except as otherwise provided under this Agreement, we do not sell, trade, or rent any Personal Information without consent.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu.
